Job Description:
• Knowledge and experience on below.
• Indepth experience in GCP, across various Kubernetes workloads.
• Knowledge of service meshes is advantageous Meaningful experience in DevOps & automation: Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Github, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Terraform, YAML/JSON, Setting up Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery process (CI, CD) in an enterprise environment. Improve security and performance of infrastructure by working with other teams.
• Experience in Capacity Management of Kubernetes clusters.
• Experience in implementing Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, experienced in creating and managing pipelines.
• Experienced using version control systems such as git, and collaborating on large source code repositories in a team environment.
• Comfortable with scripting.
Required Skills:
To provide support for on-call escalations and do root cause analysis of the given issue
To independently resolve tickets within the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
Work on value-adding activities such as Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
