You will work alongside other data analysts and leads and be an important member of every delivery team. A DA’s major focus is on collecting and organizing large volumes of data to build data assets. Data processing techniques are then used to present the data products in a clear and concise manner.
May require to work across multiple projects (use cases) simultaneously.
May be required to support change management activities spanning from early change planning and audience analysis; through to designing and delivering change interventions (e.g., ingestions, communications, training, support, organization alignment); tracking and taking actions on change readiness, adoption, and feedback.
They are also ultimately responsible for Implementation Management, including planning, controlling and reporting on implementation of the change ‘product’, focusing on accelerating benefits and minimizing risk during deployment. Implementation activities will also include managing implementation readiness and managing the early stages of implementation (e.g., proof of concept)
