Overview
Wipro hiring fresher graduates for the Non-Voice Process with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, having good customer support skills for the Customer Support Associate role.
Job Designation: Customer Support Associate
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Freshers
Skill Set :
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word etc.)
- Analytical approach & logical skills with attention to detail.
- Interpersonal skills and team player.
- Should be flexible to WFO (Work from Office).
- Should be flexible to work in night shift.
- pursuing candidates are not eligible (Graduation or post-graduation)
- Only Fresher’s are eligible to apply
- Need immediate joiners
- Working days- 5 Days a week with 2 days of rotational week off.,
