Job Description:
Provide installation and commissioning service for customers.
To provide installation and commissioning service to customers when compressor equipment is delivered.
To provide compressor operation training to customers after commissioning on-site.
Provide maintenance and repair service to customers.
To perform the day-to-day service operations and activities for compressor equipment.
To repair and maintain equipment and deal with service cases on-site.

Job Responsibilities:
Analyze the technical details like; working principle, functional parameters, materials, etc of parts/products of Atlas Copco parts & provide them correct HS code as per European, Indian, USA &
Chinese customs & WTO guidelines.
Understand the logic behind The General Rules for the Interpretation (GRI) of the Harmonized
System, also known as the General Interpretative Rules (GIR).
Screening of parts for Dual Use Regulations
Daily basis reporting to service centers mainly in Belgium, USA & India as well as other customer centers & product companies of Atlas Copco group globally.
Communicate with the global customer on daily basis & resolve the technical queries/issues raised by customs authorities.
Mentor fellow colleagues.
Qualification:
The basics of mechanical & electrical engineering should be clear
Able to read & understand engineering drawings, the structure of bill of material & supplier’s catalogs.
Proficiency in verbal & written communication in English;
Good working knowledge of MS Office, and MS Outlook; MS Excel proficiency is an advantage;
Strong attention to detail;

Sales Application Engineer-South, PTNA – USA
Job Responsibilities:
Keep the CRM system up-to-date with leads and opportunities that derive from the web lead generator.
Answer incoming phone calls and e-mails from the outside sales team, customers, and distributors, as needed.
Respond to inquiries about Stock Balance, Pricing, and Availability of both parts and capital equipment.
Assist in investigating problems relating to Inventory, Pricing, Deliveries, Returns, Credits, B9s, Tax credits, and Technical issues.
Conduct post-delivery phone calls to drive customer satisfaction and attempt to upsell products at the point of delivery.

R&D Mechanical Generative Design – Thesis Internship – Europe
Advanced Parametric Modelling: Optimization of mass of a Static Solution for a Calibration System (Torque Static Transducer + Joint Simulator)
The thesis purpose is to introduce the use of Artificial Intelligence with Generative Design into the Design of a chosen product.
During the thesis development, it will be investigated and explored possible design solutions to optimize some defined characteristics of the product. The main drivers to conduct the investigation can be related to the components or the product as a whole.
Optimization concerns: components and product mass, CO2 production to realize the part and assemble the product, heat, and surface treatments of the components, production technology of the components, …
Under investigation also how the optimization of the inertia can improve the repeatability of the system.
Technical Skills Required
General knowledge of engineering design practices and principles.
General knowledge of mechanical design tools: Parametric CAD, FEM & FEA tools (Creo knowledge will be a plus).
Good knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) or their equivalent.
Language Skills
Basic Italian.
Good English to interface with international colleagues and the ability to work in an international environment, other language is a plus.
