Job Roles and Responsibilities
As a Cloud Support Associate, your primary responsibilities include:
- Providing technical assistance to AWS customers for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Managing full application stacks from operating systems to customized applications.
- Setting up monitoring and alarming solutions for production database environments.
- Optimizing database performance and ensuring security compliance.
- Assisting customers with queries on DNS, TCP/IP protocols, VPN, Load Balancing, and network monitoring.

Skill Set You Need
To excel in this role, you need:
- Strong foundational knowledge in Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP.
