Hiring For Digital Marketing Advisory New Associate
In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
Your primary interaction is within your own team and your direct supervisor
In this role you will be given detailed instructions on all tasks
The decisions that you make impact your own work and are closely supervised
You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work
Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 1-year experience in a Customer Service/Call Center Environment
Will support the resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests, and queries
Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required, to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner
Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow-up of all incidents
Manages incoming telephone calls, emails, and or faxes for Voluntary Benefits
Utilizes resources and tools to accurately respond to customer inquiries and follows all documented processes and workflows provided by the client to enhance customer service and reduce customer effort operating efficiency
Basic Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in requirements analysis
Associate’s degree
Identify and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Analyze data to identify trends and patterns to support business decisions.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and implement business process improvements.
Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Provide ongoing support to business stakeholders and end users.
Knowledge in Banking and excellent in Agile process and Jira tools for managing the Agile Delivery.
