Internal Projects PMO Professional (Innovation Officer) – India 

Job Description:

Be a part of the high-performance innovation team at Amdocs India – Design and takes complete ownership of Innovation Projects across India in alignment with Global Innovation Team/Strategy, defining project resources, performance reviews and post implementation evaluations.

Supports practice development initiatives, extensively with India Leadership Team, Business Unit Leaders – Local and Global, serving as a trusted advisor – Co-develop/Co-create industry / business propositions that leverage Amdocs technology and IP to respond to the industry challenges

Establish best-in-class absorption of innovation practices from external industry and Execute best practices within Amdocs India, coordinate with business unit champions to enable implementation of various initiatives and cross-pollinate best practices across units

Has knowledge of service offerings in the innovation domain. Understands the business challenges faced by the unit leaders, develops programs in collaboration with clients, providing consulting and advisory services

Technical & Business Operations Analyst

This position requires Monitoring and first-level support for Amdocs internal IT Infrastructure which includes its Servers, data centers, Networks, and applications in 24*7 shifts spread across Amdocs regions globally, by following the standard methods and procedures of the unit, prioritizing, and troubleshooting the incidents, channeling it to the appropriate team, validating and verifying the artifacts (Alerts, reports and so on), and effectively operating the supporting software systems/tools.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience ranging from 2 to 6 years. Preference for computer sciences or technical degree.

Experience in NOC/application monitoring environment.

Experience on the Monitoring tools like Microfocus OBM, Schneider EBO, Appdynamics, HP SolarWinds, and ITSM tools like Service Now,

Knowledge of ITIL and relevant business processes.

Knowledge of common IT troubleshooting tools, diagnostic tools, and resolution methods.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Certification or relevant technical experience in Linux system administration, VMware virtualization or Cloud support.

Basic understanding of Networking and Windows servers concepts and relevant experience.

Experience in backup tools like Commvault and knowledge of general backup tasks.

Technical Knowledge in Scripting languages, and experience in automating jobs is an added advantage.

Job Description:

• You will provide engineering expertise to troubleshoot, modify, and engineer software solutions and configurations to ensure the product/solution performs within optimal design specifications.

Job Description:

You will be responsible to build and maintain web, virtual, and client server environments for the enterprise.

You will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve any IT service issues related to operating systems and servers; partner with the other infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve related issues.

You will need to leverage optimization techniques to maximize the efficiency of all computer systems and Implement and maintains a systems business impact assessment to prioritize system recovery in the event of a failure.

You will build and implement software standards for operating systems, servers and virtualized infrastructure.

You will also be expected to evaluate new technologies to meet business needs or to solve business problems.

You will manage and lead Root Cause Analysis, Lessons Learned and prevention processes to provide high standard deliverables that meet SLA (Service Level Adherence) and ensure CSAT (Customer Satisfaction).

Qualification:

B.A/B.Sc. in computer science / Electronics / IT.

3-7 years of experience and sound knowledge of administering at least one UNIX platform (LINUX, AIX, Solaris, HP-UX).

Knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies.

Knowledge of hardware administration (Physical servers, Enclosures).

Basic knowledge of storage and networking.

Sound knowledge of administering Windows Server Operating systems.

Finance Operations Professional (2-3 years of experience)

As a Finance Operations Professional, you will be responsible of gathering transactional data, processing the customer billing and be responsible for the cash collection.

Job Description:

•Be responsible for collecting, analysing and evaluating large amounts of data received from different stakeholders.

•Be responsible for the timely and accurate creation of invoices and delivery to customers based on contractual or/and agreed terms.

•Following up with project managers and business owners regarding the status and delivery of projects in order to make sure milestones are invoiced on time.
