Marketing Analyst, Creative Center of Excellence – USA
Job Description:
• Being responsible for facilitating the approval of all marketing materials and moving creative through the approval process with stakeholders
• Maintaining a repository for all approved marketing creative that can be accessed by key stakeholders
• Setting agendas and hosting table reviews with internal stakeholders to gain approval on new creative and/or positioning
• Supporting the marketing teams by leading any creative audits from internal and external auditors
• Managing end-to-end development of customer-facing marketing materials
• Running project briefing, development, reviews and approvals, and release of all creative assets across a variety of projects and marketing channels
• Managing creative assets timeline for marketing deliverables
• Ensuring creatives developed aligns with guidelines and is progressing through necessary reviews within established SLAs
Qualification:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Solid attention to detail

Analyst – Equities BM – India
Job Description:
The role has particular emphasis on strategy, budgeting, cost control, and risk and controls.
It involves constant liaison with, and often provides the link between, trading and IT, Product Control, Risk Control, Operations, Legal and Compliance, as well as working closely with Sales & Trading.
As such, it is key to the smooth and efficient running of the business and touches the firm in most areas and at all levels.
Qualification:
o Good understanding of Markets business with specific focus on Equities
o Vision for business growth and be able to relate to strategic mindset of the business head
o Experience of creating, enhancing and producing Business MI
o Good PowerPoint and excel knowledge
o Excellent communication skills (oral/written) as the candidate would have to work closely with the on shore teams globally.
o Aptitude for self-learning – Should be able to demonstrate a self-learning attitude
o Proactive in nature. Should be able to take decisions and support those.
o Strong automation skills with hands on expertise on VBA, Python, dashboarding in Qlikview and Tableau
o Relevant experience in business management or FP&A in Market making business of an investment bank

Risk & Control Analyst – India
Job Description:
• Embedding the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) to ensure appropriate risk management coverage, building effective partnerships with colleagues across the 1st, 2nd and 3rd lines of defence, aligning priorities to anticipate and ensure future potential issues are avoided
• Driving compliance with Group policies, regulatory requirements, and social expectations whilst embedding conduct considerations in daily activities.
• Identify, evaluate, report and escalate risks in line with Barclays risk and control frameworks, utilising relevant tools and analytical techniques.
• Review activities to remediate control gaps and assess whether the risk has been fully mitigated and whether the implemented controls are sustainable.
Qualification:
The ideal candidate will have a successful and extensive track record working internally in a financial services institution with strong evidence of career progression and high achievement.
In addition, it is preferred that candidates have a strong academic record.
Language skills: The right candidate will have strong relationship building skills, and excellent communication skills are an essential requirement. Excellent command of the English language with strong written and verbal communication skills is crucial.
Personal attributes: The successful candidate will be an action-orientated, proactive individual and a structured thinker with the ability to multi-task in a high pressure environment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate self-motivation, logical thinking, influencing and presentation skills and an ability to communicate with ease and credibility.
