Job Description: 

As an Executive in our Transfer Pricing team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients to exceed client expectations. Your role will include:

• Preparation of Transfer Pricing Planning / Documentation reports from the standpoint of: Indian Transfer Pricing Regulations and OECD Guidelines

• Assisting the clients in transfer pricing assessments & appeals, stay of demand proceedings, and penalty proceedings including representation before the first-level appellate authorities

• Assisting in preparing submission/appeals including paper book and filing the same with various appellate authorities such as DRP and CIT-Appeals

• Assisting in applying with the Advance Pricing Agreement authorities

• Conducting benchmarking sets on public databases, namely PROWESS and CAPITALIZE

• Preparing Transfer Pricing Study including Industry Overview, FAR analysis, and Benchmarking

• Finalizing the requirements of Form 3CEB & Filing of APA

• Assisting in assessment-related work before transfer the pricing officer
