Associate, Middle Office – USA

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate to join our Middle Office team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA and is a Hybrid position.

Job Description:

Under minimal supervision, provides accounting and trading support activities for funds of moderate complexity.

Perform various controls around trade capture such Trade Confirmation, T+1 reconciliations.

Set up and amend where necessary static data on various platforms.

Review and distribute reports to the Trading desk, Credit & Market risk and other groups

Help with onboarding new trading products as well as engage in system testing

Qualification:

Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience is required

Bachelors degree preferred

1-2 years total work experience preferred.

Basic understanding of fix income products (bonds, Interest Rate Swap…) preferred.

Prior experience in trade support role in capital markets group is ideal.

Intermediate Representative, Client Processing – India

Job Description:

Reconcile 8-10 CDO deals per day.

Perform account reconciliation for the assigned deals and cashflows sent as per agreed SLA.

Keep the breaks minimal and nil ageing breaks.

Investigation and resolution of breaks to facilitate the completion of the reconciliations each day.

Liaise with client and onshore client service team to resolve any queries that might arise.

Handle day to day work with minimal guidance from Supervisor.

Working in a stringent deadline driven environment with the ability to manage pressure and changing work environment.

Ensure daily activities are performed as per pre-defined procedures.

Professional and timely handling of inquiries from client and internal stakeholders.

Associate, Technology Service Desk/On-Site Support Analyst I – USA

Job Description:

To provide telephone and email support on proprietary banking software products

To present solutions to a diverse range of product queries including general functionality and training, admin, Tier 1 technical advice, while also supporting the more in-depth business-related queries.

To display excellent communication skills and establish a positive rapport with Clients and internal

Lines of Business, including the ability to always portray a polite and helpful persona to all stakeholders.

To effectively use the telephone system and call logging products in accordance with CSD guidelines.

To utilize defined escalatory procedures to ensure issues are escalated and managed in an efficient and effective manner.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required

HDI or similar standard – preferable

ITIL qualified – preferable.

Excellent client support experience gained either within a previous Support Desk / Client Training

position or client focused role (at least 2 years’ experience).

Proven experience in the support of a product to external clients (preferable).

A working knowledge of the cash and custody business (preferable)

Existing relationships with related business and technical units (preferable)

Understand the cash and custody business and keen to know more (essential)

Excellent level of written and spoken English (essential)

Quick in analysing incoming calls and able to cope with high volumes.
