Desktop Support Analyst – USA

Job Description:

Capgemini is looking for a Technical Support Analyst, who will play a critical role in providing technical assistance to client end-users for software applications, and hardware/devices, logging and tracking service calls, and advancing problems for resolution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide best-in-class customer service, problem resolution and technical fix to customer queries over the voice-based phone service.

• Using basic solve processes, validating the issue, recording critical details in the ticketing system, using Knowledge Base articles

• Use of Remote Tools to take control of the customer’s PC/workstation to investigate probable causes of the problem. Raises issues that are unable to be resolved within established guidelines to the appropriate group for proper corrective action.

• Accountable for maintaining defined call metrics to the highest level. Number of Tickets Resolved, Average Call Wait Times, Average Handle Time, etc.

• Maintaining Login Hours based on contractual Service Level Agreements

• Accountable for accurate weekly Project Time Reporting. Using correct billable project codes vs non-billable PTO (Personal Time Off), Sick Days

JUNIOR MANUFACTURING ENGINEER – BRISTOL – HYBRID – UK

Job Description:

This role involves the development and application of engineering practice and knowledge in the following technologies: Design of mechanical systems, devices, equipment, and machines; installing and maintaining mechanically functioning equipment; simulating a wide range of interactions and evaluating performance in real-world scenarios; and develop a prototype for manufacturability, testing, and validation.

The candidate will require the skillset of a Manufacturing Engineer to support the client team in sourcing and working with suppliers to reduce incoming non-conformance.
