Quality Assurance (SQA) – India
Job Description:
1. Understand existing process know-how and project landscape within the project/Organisation and ensure 100% Compliance to defined Process
2. Ensure Process Compliance and deploy best practices across projects
3. Ability to perform Process hashtag#Harmonization and implement Process Improvements
4. Define , deploy and track relevant KPI’s applicable to the projects
5. Assessments/ audits and Software Maturity reviews.
6. Manage, execute and track quality activities (including Release Management) in projects to achieve targets for time, cost and quality; in case of deviations drive escalations at different levels internal and external and track to closure
7. Collaboration with other hashtag regional quality teams and global teams to ensure process adherence across organization including suppliers
8. Conduct periodic meetings with all stakeholders to ensure planned quality activities performed.
9. Conduct Process Training.
10. Generate MSR covering all aspects or parameters of Project / Product Quality and report to the management
Experience: 3 – 6 yrs
Qualification:

MECHANICAL & PHYSICAL ENGINEER – THERMAL PERFORMANCE ENGINEER – USA
Job Responsibilities:
The Thermal Performance Engineer will ensure that vehicle functional objectives are achieved and will recommend actions to the Product team.
The candidate will conduct reviews of functional systems (simulation and testing), cooling systems status with program chiefs, development test planning with lab engineers, and annual hot trip execution for assigned programs.
The candidate will be responsible for Vehicle Thermal System Instrumentation and testing, Battery
Electric Vehicle (BEV) & Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) Vehicle thermal system diagnosis and troubleshooting as well as BEV Energy consumption solutions.
The candidate will also lead the communications and reporting of issues which include status updates and driving issue resolution.
The candidate will be responsible for proactive planning and tracking of vehicle validation, active support of aero/thermal attributes, and DVP&R test and reporting.
The candidate will occasionally be required to interact with members of the exterior styling studio.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree in engineering from an ABET accredited university.
3+ years of relevant engineering experience
Good Understanding of Thermal Systems, Testing and Instrumentation.
Solid knowledge of Heat Transfer.
Preferred:
Experience with data acquisition systems.
Master’s degree in engineering.
Experience with drive cell / wind tunnel testing.
Experience with AC system, and/or engine cooling and/or thermal management is nice to have.
Chauffeur’s License or willingness and ability to get one.

Job Description:
Defining, improving and adapting the production process to achieve a safe, ergonomic and efficient working environment.
During the pilot batch phase you take control of the project and validate your production process and supply chain before starting series production.
You initiate ‘Operational Excellence’ improvement projects where you implement new concepts according to the 4 “lean” principles: flow – tact – pull – zero defect.
You develop investment proposals, from business case & planning to coordinating implementation.
Qualification:
Do you have operational and logistical production experience? Nice bonus for this position!
