Job Description:

Act as the primary customer contact, developing positive relationships with key customers.

Analyze customer needs, gather information, and handle work orders, quotes, claims, repair plans, scheduling, and status updates.

Systems Engineer – United Kingdom

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Systems Engineer to join our Accelera team in Milton Keynes.

This entry-level/early career professional, product-focused position performs established technical tasks at the product and cross-business integration level for current and future products within a given business unit or corporate area.

This involves work across many steps in the product life cycle. Because of the product-centered nature of this position, they are very often a central point of coordination and decision-making between product engineers, product line engineers, customer teams, purchasing, suppliers, and manufacturing.

Qualification:

College, university, or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or appropriate STEM field is required.

Post-graduate (Master’s) degree relevant to this discipline area may be required for select roles.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations

Windchill RV&S or similar technical requirements management tools

Testing, ideally with batteries

Product development and validation experience

Emissions Engineer – USA

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Emissions Engineer to join our team specializing in engineering for our corporate business in Columbus, IN.

-Utilize principles of fluid dynamics and heat transfer to interpret and predict the performance of fluid and thermal systems.

-Apply principles of thermodynamics and energy conversion systems to interpret and predict the performance of energy conversion systems such as IC engines, gas turbines, fuel cells, and batteries.

-Lead product failure mode avoidance efforts by identifying potential failure modes, causes, and implementing solutions to enhance product reliability.

-Impact product design decisions through modeling, simulation, and analysis of product functions relative to system requirements.

-Solve complex product problems by implementing robust, data-based solutions and identifying systemic root causes to prevent problem recurrence.

We are looking for a talented Service candidate to join our team specializing in project management for our Corporate Business in Columbus, IN, and/or your remote home office.

Applies developing business process and project management skills within an area of business or technical specialty. Manages small portions of well-defined projects. Provides administrative and logistics support for a project team and project manager.

Serves as a resource on projects and work assignments; employs basic knowledge of effective project management and general business understanding.

Identifies, tracks, and works with others to resolve project issues.

Monitors and communicates project status to the project team.

Assists with budget planning and tracking, research, and analytical support; provides input into the design and development of project plans and timelines.

Assists with managing project risk; uses quality tools to identify areas of risk.

Documents and shares team learnings with other teams; draws on other experiences to enhance the success of the project.

Maintains project notes, databases, and other records; monitors measures and communicates with the Project Manager on status of specific projects and assignments.
