Associate – Master Data Management (MDM) – India

Job Description:

Do the data research and create customer hierarchy in DDH portal.

Verify accounts in both DDH and Sales360, re-triggering in DDH if absent in Sales360.

Manage and update accounts within DDH, ensuring accuracy.

Cleanse data in both Sales360 and DDH platforms.

Coordinate with business partners to resolve queries.

Maintain strict data accuracy standards in DDH operations.

Stay abreast of DDH and Sales360 updates.

Create and modify Sales360 data per GSN ticket requirements.

Check the Sales360 data if it’s not reflected correctly due to account mapping.

Juggle multiple tasks and compile reports in Excel.

Generate Hierarchy and mapped account data report and share it with stakeholder as per their requirements.

Co-ordinate with IT team if we faced any challenges with the data uploads.

Co-ordinate with the multiple teams if we see any data gaps.

Qualification:

Graduate (bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in any discipline).

Data research and understanding of customer hierarchies.

Accumulated a minimum of 3 years of professional experience.

Proficient in navigating multiple platforms including Sales360, DDH, and shared mailboxes.

Excel mastery including advanced formulas.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.

Ability to meet strict deadlines and adeptly prioritize tasks.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Familiarity with 3PL and 4PL Logistics.

Skilled in working with diverse data formats and conducting intricate searches.

Provide personal secretarial services and administrative assistance while exercising initiative and judgment on a regular basis. Work independently under general direction of the General Manager, providing administrative and clerical support including records management, billing, payroll, personnel records, etc.
