Graduate Trainee – Philippines
Marketing Graduate Trainee (GT) will experience and be exposed to the multifaceted marketing world which includes but not limited to events management and sponsorship, public relations, media relations, B2B digital marketing, and branding – from conceptualization to implementation.
2.Marketing GT will be in charge to guide and support the Branding Champions team from functional teams and operations
3.Marketing GT will be heavily involved in branding activities such as collateral designing, presentation creation, site branding, video and photo editing / mock-ups.
4.Marketing GT, together with marketing manager, will work closely with vendors in leading video and photo shoots for asset production or alike.
5.Marketing GT would need to occasionally be involved in regional and global visit preparations led by admin team. CSR and Comms will also be part of extracurricular activities.
6.Marketing GT will collaborate with other country marketing counterparts, xBU marketing counterparts, and regional & global marketing and branding leads.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree; BS in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or business-related area
Proven work experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or similar role
Proven event management experience
Strong project management, organization, and time management skills
Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
Experience in content marketing, sponsorships, and brand management
Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite – especially PowerPoint
Basic knowledge of design tools like Photoshop, Adobe creative suite, Illustrator is an added advantage.

Our UK National wide Finance Programme is a structured programme to provide you with the knowledge and skills to become a Finance Specialist. During your programme, you may undertake positions such as a Finance Assistant, Business Analyst, or Finance Manager, and be involved in large-scale Finance Projects which you support and manage.
