Product Engineer (Entry Level) – USA
Job Description:
Develop a variety of complex drawings and bills of material based upon established product designs, providing sufficient detail to accurately convey the purchaser’s equipment application.
Consult with plant and field sales engineers in interpreting and defining new equipment applications.
Coordinate mechanical and electrical interfaces with other products.
Advise C.O.D., Manufacturing, and Purchasing – when required – in interpreting information for the accurate production of equipment by the purchaser’s requirements.
Consult with the Quality Department in resolving issues after the equipment is shipped when required.
Direct purchaser visits to approve or release equipment.
Conduct special development/application projects of a complex nature.
Inform in cost and cycle time improvement activities.
Plan travel as required to support any of the above.
Conduct technical training seminars, as required.
Provide technical training and guidance to department personnel.
Analyze needs and recommend revisions to Department Policies and Procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution completed no later than December 31, 2024.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Arden, NC will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or Mechatronics from an accredited institution.
One (1) year of manufacturing experience including internships and co-op assignments.
Knowledge of power distribution and control systems (LV and MV Switchgear, Panelboards and Switchboards, Motor Control Centers, etc.)
Skills:
Knowledge of the fundamentals of electrical engineering
Knowledge of design standards.
Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), AutoCAD, and databases.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Order Entry Specialist – Mexico
Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking an Order Entry Specialist.
Verifies customer, order and item information for accuracy and completeness by reviewing the quote and purchase order and clarifying discrepancies as well as checking catalog numbers for accuracy.
Performs regular daily order schedule maintenance functions such as customer sales order hold removal and sales order progress reporting. Knowledgeable in customer specific requirements as they apply to the order.
Identifies, understands, and processes appropriately the variances in orders to ensure proper information is entered such as various product groupings, reserve production planned line items, consignment, and credit card orders.
Close communication with other departments to solve issues about pricing and quoting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree necessary.

Facilities Engineer
The Facilities Engineer is responsible for overseeing, managing, and improving the infrastructure and manufacturing property of the Nacogdoches facility.
This includes coordinating and executing improvement projects, managing third-party contractors and vendors, handling security systems, and providing strategic improvements to ensure efficient and safe plant operations.
The role also involves supervising hourly associates, partnering with the maintenance team on various service items, and overseeing the internal waste management and recycling processes. This position is crucial for maintaining and enhancing our facility’s operational standards and environmental sustainability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Minimum of one (1) experience in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment setting
Project management experience
Minimum of two (2) years of engineering experience, including internships
Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate degree
