Upstream Commercial Analyst – Europe

Job Description:

Interpret contract language, terms, and conditions into administrative actions and manage corresponding documentation promptly.

Ensure timely completion of contract administration, changes, and amendments to contract language, terms, and conditions.

Support contract language development and ensure its completeness by performing integrity checks.

Monitor and support compliance with due contractual obligations.

Identify, communicate, and resolve contract, price, or volume-related issues.

Timely management of purchase requisition, settlement, invoicing, and back office activities.

Support the planning and budgeting of commercial targets and steward adherence to those targets.

Perform business intelligence duties from data collection through dashboard creation to data interpretation and analytics.

Coordinate tasks related to internal control practices to ensure organizational standards are met.

Technology Operations Specialists-Lubricants – India

Job Description:

Coordinate external testing of lubricants formulations and related documentation, ensure appropriate allocation of test slots, organize oil sample shipment, monitor test progress, and communicate test reports. Update of 3rd party test catalog and price lists

Responsible for setup and execution of purchase orders, tracking, and follow-up

Arrange commercial lubricant sample shipment to customers, OEMs, and labs to assist audits in the area of 3rd party testing integrity

Execute testing and data collection for small studies (prototype formulations, competitive benchmarks, etc.) coordinate Records of early manufacturing and sales (ROEM/S) collection

Provide support for sourcing new suppliers. Work with Procurement to identify new suppliers of existing technology, based on technical, commercial, and operational feasibility

Support product and component releases

Qualifications:

B.Tech/M.Tech (Chem, Mech, Petroleum) / Master of Science degree with score min 70% and above (equivalent CGPA)

Minimum 1 year of experience in Lubricant Technical Services /Testing

Good verbal and written communication and collaboration skills

Solution seeker – ability to critically evaluate different solutions to address need

Market Research Advisor – Thailand

Job Description:

Gather and analyze China and North Asia Pacific marketing research data

Conduct in-market tracking study for product distribution rate and market share data

Support brand teams in strategy-related research needs (segmentation, brand architecture, brand equity, brand satisfaction)

Develop, refine, and execute Marketing Business Unit market research plans

Collect and summarize relevant market information including economic indicators, market trends, sector and channel growth

Collaborate with brand teams to plan marketing activities in key markets, including product positioning, offer elements, media spending, Below the Line materials, etc.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Market Research, or a related field

Fluency in Chinese is preferable (HSK 5 and above)

Market Research Expertise: In-depth knowledge of various market research methodologies, such as surveys, focus groups, interviews, and data mining. Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research techniques

Job Description:

Prepare hard copy contracts, send them to counterparties, respond to their incoming queries, and analyze incoming 3rd party paper contracts and amendments

Coordinate, and record functional reviews and endorsements of contracts and GT&Cs (General Terms and Conditions) across organizations & regions

Interpret contract language, terms, and conditions into administrative actions; manage corresponding documentation and business reporting promptly

Communicate with trading partners on any subsequent changes to contract terms and conditions; work to achieve closure on all contract provisions to maximize legal protection of EM

Qualifications:

Ongoing or completed Bachelor/Master degree in Business Economics/Logistics/International Business Administration, Law or equivalent

0-3 years of professional experience

A fluent level of English is required while a second European language is beneficial

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interface across functions in a geographically diverse, multi-cultural, and partly virtual organization
