Job Description:

Support IC in the management of the Sales Quality Standards: prepare Client Investment profile documents for new clients and for annual review, document CRM reports in collaboration with the IC, identify the SQS issues, communicate these issues to the IC, close and document the closure of issues in the system as per IC instructions.
Help IC prepare for client meetings (preparation of presentation, collect products’ information – factsheets, KIDs, prospectus, term sheets…). Store evidence of documents shared with clients in the bank’s archiving system.
Perform client-related tasks such as the organization of documents for signature of different mandates, format and translate slides when necessary.
Prepare presentation documents used for team meetings, client meetings reports to senior management.
Qualification:
Be available to work full-time between August/September 2024 to January/February 2025.
Studying in a Swiss School and under master’s degree graduating in 2024.
Have well-developed language skills in English (French and other languages would be advantageous).
Have solid Office skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Investment Counsellor Analyst- Europe
Job Description:
Support IC on all administrative tasks: ARPQ, K&E documents, CRM reports, SQS issues, updating spreadsheets, and presentations, and finding information on products and investment mandates.
Prepare account reviews (using the Aladdin tool for asset allocation, stress testing, etc..) and help ICs prepare for client meetings (performance analysis, investment propositions)
Gaining strong and thorough knowledge of asset allocation and portfolio optimization, on how to analyze portfolios and choose investment solutions appropriate for clients from our investment platform.
