Responsibilities:-

 Power BI Developer to build and maintain BI and analytics solutions that transform data into knowledge.

 Convert business needs into technical specifications and establish a timetable for job completion.

 Create, test, and deploy Power BI scripts, as well as execute efficient deep analysis.

 Use Power BI to run DAX queries and functions.

 Capable of enabling row-level data security.

 TSO – Cluster 1

Hiring For Process Specialist

Educational Requirements:- Graduate

Work Experience:- 3 – 5 Years

Location:- Bangalore

Responsibilities:-

 Process employee benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations.

 Process employee benefit claims, including medical, dental, vision, and disability claims.

 Maintain all employee benefit records, including eligibility information, enrollment elections, and claims history.

 Provide support to clients employees and managers on benefit-related questions and issues.

 Administer the state health benefits and flexible benefits Annual/Open enrollment.

 Administered the US FMLA program in compliance with federal and state requirements.

Process & perform quality checks on Benefits transactions which may include:

 assist in resolving level 2 & 3 level questions benefit plan issues. • Escalate non-transactional, production, issues promptly and according to established protocols.

 Participate and contribute towards process transformation & automation.

 Respond to escalated issues from HR professionals, and HR managers.

 Supports TL in training, daily reviews, and escalations resolutions.
