Locations: Mysore, Hyderabad ( Pocharam), Coimbatore & Mumbai.
Experience Range: 0-8 yrs
Job Responsibilities:
The requirement is for the Employee Relations team at Infosys, and the profile will be based out of the respective world class development centers of Infosys at Mysore, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Coimbatore.
The roles & responsibilities involve Employee Engagement, Culture & Values, creating a positive work environment, Employee care programs including Health & wellness interventions, and Emotional support mechanisms including counseling. The role also involves exposure to Conflict resolution, Workplace grievance handling, Disciplinary investigations, and Employee feedback mechanisms.
As a front-facing profile, this role will involve interaction with local authorities on a need basis, hence an understanding of the Ocal language would be an added advantage.

Required Skills
Candidates with prior experience in Employee engagement, Employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling will be preferred.
