Experience: 0 – 2 Years

Job Description:

1. Process review

Payroll & Employee reimbursements – Test of controls , Fraud investigations, transaction audits, and efficiency improvements.
Accounts Payable – Transaction audit, test of controls & efficiency improvements.
2. Developing dashboards for analysis, MIS analysis and identifying exceptions.

3. Participating in business process analysis and continuous improvements projects.

4. Designing & publishing Monthly & Quarterly MIS to F&A and HR heads.

Secondary:

1. Driving process improvement by leveraging relevant technology such as robotics process automation and Artificial Intelligence.

2. Participating in ISO certification programs and audits.

Departmental Activities:

Quality and Operational Excellence team does the Forensic investigation for Payroll, Employee Benefits and Vendor Payments, reporting MIS to ICs, analytics for ICs, periodic audit of controls, managing ISO certification, driving Business process improvements & automation.

Corporate Social Responsibility – CS

Experience : 0 – 3 Years

Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to execute/to implement & monitor CSR projects. The role will work closely with CSR Lead to drive various CSR Projects/Programs

1.CSR Domain knowledge / CSR Rules of Companies Act 2013

2.Execution / Implementation of CSR Projects

3.Coordination with internal and external stakeholders (CS internal departments, Govt., school authorities, gram panchayats etc.) for day-to-day project execution/implementation & monitoring

4.Coordination of project-based activities in timely manner ensuring quality execution/implementation of the project.

5.Handling ERPs based on finance, purchase & procurement for CSR projects

6.Manage documentation/database for all projects & ensure data files are securely stored and privacy/confidentiality is maintained

7.Create CSR presentations & templets

8.Good interpersonal skills

9.Excellent Computer Skills (Working with Power Point, Word, Excel etc.)

10.Good Communication Skills – English & local language (Writing, Reading & Speaking)

11.Self-starter – able to work with minimal supervision

12.Logical, Resourcefulness, ideation & creativity

13.Content Writing of CSR activities for various L&T Magazines viz. Herald, Hazira Galaxy, Footprint, OE and others

Executive – Finance

Experience : 1 – 4 Years

Job Description

Build Financial models for business forecasting & sensitivity analysis. Timely communication on business alerts. Inter-departmental coordinate on inter-departmental level for achieving organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities

Financial

1.Knowledge of IND AS, Account finalization, Taxation compliance.

2.Knowledge of AR/AP process in SAP environment.

3.Knowledge of Cost Accounting Process.

4.Preparation of yearly budgets in coordination with all departments.

5.Assist line manager in budget consolidation & presentation to top management.

6.Monthly monitoring of budgets vs. Actuals vs. Variance Analysis.

Internal Process

1.Preparation of monthly performance reports and management reporting.

2.Monitor cash flow and working capital.

3.Preparation of financial MIS for group F&A team.

4.Build Financial models for business forecasting & sensitivity analysis, business alerts.

5.Operation of SAP fund management module, concurrence in the procurement of material/services, participation in vendor negotiations & procurement tenders/bids to provide financial insights.

Customer

1.Analyze the Cost Audit data submission & XBRL (Extensible Business Reporting Language) Filling.

2.Keep inter-departmental coordination for achieving departmental & organizational goals.

Learning & Growth

1.Ensure the learning of growth opportunities at various interventions within NPL.

2.Acquire updates in domain knowledge regularly.

3.Participate & learn in training allocated by the line manager.

4.Learn the ideas to support cost optimizing initiatives at NPL.
