Job Description
1) Candidate shall have experience in handling the Plant & Machinery in similar large-scale construction projects (Preferably Refinery, metro, and construction site projects).
2) Candidate must have the requisite subject knowledge of Common machinery and Equipment utilized in Refinery Projects.
3) The candidate must know about Cranes, Batching Plant and associated equipment, Power Generators, and heavy Equipment relevant to the Refinery Project.
4) The candidate must have the necessary skills to supervise the repair and maintenance of the Project plant and machinery.
5) The Plant Operations Manager oversees the daily activities of the plant operations. Develops and manages production schedules to meet internal volume, cost, and quality goals.
6) Oversee operations to ensure safety and Develop plans that help operations run smoothly
7) Spares planning, Management information system (MIS), Routine maintenance, Breakdown maintenance, inventory control.
8) The candidate should have the knowledge to handle independently equipment mobilization, erection, commissioning, deployment control, equipment maintenance planning, and execution.
9) Led the department for all core functions of the P&M Dept. at the project level as Mechanical-Operations, Mechanical- Maintenance & Repair, SES- Site enabling Services (Electrical Power installation, Distribution, Plumbing & Dewatering activities) & MIS Systems.

Job Description
Familiarity with plant layouts and equipment arrangements is crucial. Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as CREO or SolidWorks is essential.
Should have a clear understanding on the Shop drawings and shall be able to check the Fabrication drawings and erection drawings without guidance.
Understanding of GA and able to make detailed drawings for the shop & Fabrication. AutoCAD and Navisworks Proficiency is required and is considered as advantage. Staad Pro software experience is also preferred along with modelling skills.
Coordinating with the Detailing/Modelling Team regarding technical clarifications/queries and input drawings/details required for the preparation of 3D Model and shop drawings
Shall be able to independently handle the assignments and responsible for the schedule and accuracy of the deliverables.
