Technology Specialists – Security : Internship Opportunities – South Africa
Job Description:
Own and drive technical security conversations with customers by helping land the value of threat protection, Security Incident and Event Management and other cloud security with a view of driving customer intent to adopt the respective security solutions.
Grow into Subject Matter Expert exert for technologies such as Microsoft 365 Defender (MDO, MDI, MDE, MDCA), Advanced Identity (AAD P2), Sentinel and Cloud Native Application Protection technologies (particularly for but not limited to CSPM, Defender for Cloud)Drive proofs of concept by defining customer agreed success criteria infused with best practices and leveraging partners.

Qualification:

Business Resilience Specialist – USA
Job Responsibilities
You will coordinate routine compliance management projects and maintenance to ensure assigned Microsoft organizational units meet periodic compliance with Microsoft’s Enterprise Resilience (ER) baseline policy and additional certification requirements required by the organization over and above the baseline
You will work as part of the team on designing and implementing comprehensive crisis management strategies and protocols tailored to organizational needs.
You will interpret broad guidelines to perform routine risk assessments for Microsoft organizational units to identify points of vulnerability, points of failure, and risk avoidance and mitigation strategies (e.g., impact analysis, dependency mapping).
With minimal guidance, you will partner with assigned Microsoft organizational units to test resilience and recovery strategies against a wide range of routine potential incidents affecting people, locations, and technology to assess response time, resilience plan effectiveness, and Microsoft organizational unit readiness.
You will assist in collecting data for identified opportunities relating to potential business interruption and other risks. Partners with assigned Microsoft organizational units
to close routine risk gaps that could have a significant impact on business operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Business Continuity, Mathematics, Statistics, Disaster Science, Computer Science, or related field.
