Job Description:

• Partner extensively with other teams and business partners within and outside the department (such as sales, marketing, product owners, data science and data modeling) to deliver business solutions and support decision making

• Develop Tableau dashboards and data visualizations for reporting to senior management and business users including Financial Advisors

• Provide analytics and insight for various business initiatives and projects

• Utilize proactive problem-solving and innovative thinking to address challenges

• Build, monitor and review data models and conduct analyses based on specific requirements

• Establish strong work relationships with team members across Wealth Management functions to support strategic initiatives

Qualification:

• 0-3 years of business analytics experience or experience with digital tools

• Highly motivated, detail-oriented self-starter personality with a strong sense of ownership, willingness to learn, high degree of curiosity and desire to succeed

• Advanced written and verbal communication in English

• Strong analytical mindset

• Strong sense of identifying priorities

• The ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently

Job Description:

We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Business Analyst to work as part of the wider business analysis project team with a focus on back & middle office business change, risk and regulatory initiatives.

• Proactively managing exchange/broker margin balances, Funding exchange/broker margin calls,

• Proactively managing affiliate margin balances/calls, Processing of margin movements for Listed Derivatives clients

• Investigate settlement breaks and issues.

• Critically analyse and improve on control/risk environment, Projects relating to collateral mgt, STP, automation.

• Daily/monthly report compilation and distribution,Interpretation and compliance with all exchange regulations relevant to margin management.

• Ensure Client money segregation and related tasks like LSOC.

• Perform various Regulatory reporting as per required frequency

Wealth Strategies Group Analyst – USA

Job Description: 

Responsible for supporting sales efforts of Associate and Strategy Specialists for the firm’s high net worth sales team. This includes assisting with analysis requests, facilitating the onboarding of new accounts for clients, providing client service support, and assisting the team in requests that come through the group telephone line.

– Assist with daily WSG team activity, including being reactive to telephone and email inquiries from financial advisors.

– Assist the team with business development (i.e. territory campaigns for ongoing pipeline and new opportunities).

Qualification:
