Graduate@IT – Portugal Tech Hub Graduate Program
Program:
For the first 12 months of the program, you will be assigned to a specific department of the Lisbon Tech Hub.
The remaining 12 months, you will join another department of the Tech Hub in a different role. Depending on the projects you are working on, an additional assignment abroad could also be possible.
The program is the perfect preparation for your future career as Product Owner, Scrum Master, IT Architect or Developer.
In your role, you will play a key part in shaping the technology of tomorrow, whether it is in Data Analytics, Cloud Architecture, DevOps, Artificial Intelligence.
Various trainings are an integral part of the two years, so you can gain knowledge and expand your personal skills as well as your professional know-how.

Qualification:

Application Engineer – Associate Graduate Program (PCB Design and Analysis) – Europe
As an Associate Application Engineer you will be involved in a structured Associate Application Engineer Training Program.
This is a fast-track paid training program that challenges you to develop the expertise needed to tackle difficult technical problems.
Associate Application Engineers are members of a team of highly motivated individuals working with customers crafting the most sophisticated hardware and software systems in the world and whose applications span the electronics industry.
This training program will give you outstanding insight into our technical marketing, product support, and sales organizations. Upon successful completion of this 12-month training program,
You will be eligible to advance into one of these organizations. Post-program opportunities include Field Application Engineer, Corporate Applications Engineer, and Technical Marketing Engineer positions.
Associate positions require excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; self-motivated and results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Some travel may be required.
Required Experience:

IT Knowledge, database handling, and/or programming / scripting skills is a plus.
