We are looking for a Business Administration Support l to be hired with an Apprenticeship for Smart Infrastructure in Milan, who will be trained in 2 years.

Your Challenge

As a Business Administration Support, you will support the Business in the following main activities

Preparing reports and PowerPoint presentation

Invoicing management and other business documents

Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.

Handling basic bookkeeping tasks

Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications:

You are less than 30 years of age, following the Italian apprenticeship contract

You are a fresh graduate and you have an economical academic background

Proficiency in English and Italian

Understanding of data analytics with a data-driven and digital attitude/approach

Digital acumen and innovative attitude in preparing and processing data

Basic elements of data scientist techniques and methodologies are a plus

Passion to never-stop growing

Building Automation Systems Support Specialist – Entry Level – USA

Job Description:

Assist with commissioning new distributed digital control systems on construction sites within planned timelines.

Document commissioning details; communicate deficiencies and progress

Plan work with mentor, Lead Technician, and Team Leader

Submit accurate time and expense reports

Work overtime when needed (Compressed schedule performance can be a factor and will require extended hours to meet commitments)

Work Rotational On-Call and/or Minimal Overnight Travel

Adhere to local, corporate, and OSHA safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:  

1+ years of experience installing and/or servicing HVAC equipment, HVAC controls, and/or building automation controls; candidates with HVAC coursework will also be considered

Must be able to use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet as well as able to carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted

Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed

Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with limited violations

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred

High school diploma or state-recognized GED

Job Description:

You provide immediate over-the-phone support for Share360 Customers and in-house engineering partners including general inquiries, service triage, and tool& test rentals.

You provide general technical support for functional issues with the eVO application/mButler software for our in-house engineering partners.

You are responsible for customer satisfaction by demonstrating a proactive attitude and actions to expedite service requests, creating an ownership culture by following through on the customer’s issues until completely resolved.

You compile and present monthly/quarterly reporting of utilization, service history, and updates/maintenance to demonstrate value of service.

You utilize presentation and communication skills along with effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualification:

BS/BA in a related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience in a high-volume customer service environment experience preferred.

Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry preferred

Proficient hands-on knowledge of SAP is preferred.

Knowledgeable of Siemens Healthineer’s internal service processes and operations.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize based on impact and criticality of customer issues.

Proficient experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Manufacturing Engineer – MV Vacuum Circuit Breaker – India

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily production planning and control as per turnover target.

• Organize, monitor, and control the assembly area regarding delegation to employees, working procedures, materials, processes, and tools, so that, safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.

• Provide support to technicians by coordinating within different departments (such as Logistics, Warehouse, Design, etc).

• Monitor and record key performance indicators for assembly groups. If necessary, initiate measures to resolve or avoid problems.

• Conduct meetings with respective team members. Discuss the status of production operations. Gives regular feedback to technicians about safety & quality issues.

• Plan, assign, and assist in the training and development of technicians. Tracks progress by updating the skills matrix and development plans.

• Organize, lead, and execute improvement projects and activities.

• Handling of internal & external ISO audit. (Documentation, processes, employee pieces of training)

• Tracks input man hours Vs output man hours for releasing monthly productivity figures for responsible assembly group.

Qualification: 

• B. E. in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.

• Typically, up to 0-2 years of experience in a directly related field and successfully demonstrating Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented in the job profile.

• English Language – Candidate must have professional written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills to communicate and interact effectively as a leader for the assigned production area

• Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)– Basic Knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations and procedures.

• Lean Manufacturing – Basic knowledge of lean principles and techniques for optimizing processes and eliminating waste.

• Computer knowledge – Basic knowledge of computers and office productivity programs such as spreadsheet software and presentation software.
