Job Responsibilities:
Administration of receiving material
Material counting
Preparation of GRN for received quantity
Offering material for inspection
Handling rejections
Co-ordination with Purchase for transit damage Insurance cases
Support implementation of Lean manufacturing concept
Warehouse Management Responsibilities:
Pulling of material from Receiving and QI
Binning of accepted material in Stores and Shop locations
Production/Extra Cost/Sub-contractor Orderwise material removal & tray preparation
Data entry to SAP for material transactions
Reconciliation of differences arising out of PI count
Regular MIS on Stores Performance
Periodic shelf-life check of items
Periodic Perpetual Inventory
Co-ordination with IE for new product item storage on shop layout
Support Sourcing KANBAN cycle on Shop
Support implementation of Lean manufacturing concept
