Job description:
Efficiently and accurately update the various information per country-specific business rules.
Escalate any issues with the legibility of the scanned documentation as per the escalation matrix.
Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters and company policies and procedures.
Processing the shipments as per the Standard Operating Procedure set by the organization.
Work on the Critical to Quality checks and ensure that the processing is done as per the specifications meeting targets for Quality and Average Handling time.
Adhere to strict time guidelines to ensure that all the Cut-Offs are met
Collaborate and contribute to the innovation sessions in the process to bring efficiencies.
Qualifications :
1 – 4 Years experience in Data Entry role.
BACHELOR OF COMMERCE, BACHELOR OF FINE ARTS
