Service Desk – Mexico

Job Description:

  • IT Service Desk experience of 1 year or customer service experience.
  • Proficient in English communication, both written and oral.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, including O365, VPN, Skype, Printer, Active Directory, MS Office, etc.
  • Understanding of Windows 7 & 10 operating systems.
  • Experience with ServiceNow for logging, tracking, and closing tickets.
  • Resolve IT issues via phone/email/chat.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft-based operating systems, particularly Windows X.
  • Good understanding of infrastructure management processes, with knowledge of the ITIL framework.
  • Willingness to work in a 9×5 support environment, including weekends and holidays.

Job Description:

  • Review transaction alerts or cases.
  • Research/investigate transactions to determine suspicious or non-suspicious activities.
  • Knowledgeable in risk and fraud in the consumer and retail banking sector.
  • Identify and report fraud trends.
  • Provide recommendations supported by data for implementing new fraud alerts and controls.
  • Assist Regulatory Operations, Compliance, and internal teams with ad hoc requests and additional fraud reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate.
  • 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in a Fraud or Risk Operations role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create customized dashboards for Mapping PgMs/leads on a requirement basis.
  • Analyze trends in data and create reports.
  • Suggest FRs in mapping tools for better data capturing.
  • Automate various manual tasks.

Qualification:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT solutions to meet business users’ requirements.
  • Conduct system tests, and user acceptance tests, and provide support on system implementation.
  • Ensure high-quality standards of deliverables according to company standards and best practices.

Requirements:
