Associate – Fraud Reviewer – India 

Job Description:

Review Transaction alerts or cases which.

Research/Investigate the transaction to determine suspicious or non-suspicious.

Good knowledge of risk and fraud in the consumer and retail banking sector.

Identify and report fraud trends.

Provide recommendations supported by data in implementing new fraud alerts and controls.

Assist Regulatory Operations, Compliance, and other internal teams with ad hoc requests and additional fraud reviews as needed.

Qualification:

6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in a Fraud or Risk Operations role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

An investigative curiosity with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to communicate vision across the organization.

Self-motivated, organized, and analytical thinker with a desire to thoroughly investigate potentially fraudulent customer behavior using critical data points.

Associate – Human Captial Management (HCM) 

The Associate is responsible for processing low-complexity transactions in a timely and accurate manner as per the client-specific standard operating procedures. He/ she should be able to perform rule-based tasks. He/she works with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and manager to identify issues & opportunities for improvement. This role may be leveraged across multiple client teams.

Job Responsibilities

Google Workspace Support Engineer – Europe 

Job Responsibilities:

Assess and triage incoming requests.

Timely Communication; adhering to Customer SLAs.

Answer application or system-related questions where appropriate.

Escalate issues to Google that need broader participation and drive them to completion.

Deliver optimized solutions for requests from customers.

Ability to assess technical configurations within Google Workspace and host Security Workshops.

Perform complex administrative or configuration tasks on the Google Workspace Admin Console.

Perform code changes where applicable to resolve incoming requests.

Perform Data migration tasks on production domains following Software lifecycle methodologies.

Ensure proper discipline in tracking our activity in our operational systems.

Qualification:

1-3 years experience in a truly customer-centric support organization.

Support experience with SaaS and/or cloud platform experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Expert coding skills in application development (JavaScript, Python, Apps Script); knowledge of the Google Workspace APIs.

Motivated to learn new applications or technologies.

The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs.
