Postal Delivery (Entry Level) – United Kingdom

Job Description:

Sort and deliver mail including Royal Mail Special and Recorded post as well as courier items to all the required locations within the campus

Collect and prepare all outgoing mail from required locations

Engage and build relationships with end users and client contacts

Act as a point of contact and advise end users on all aspects of mail and distribution services

Professional telephone and email correspondence

Ensure outstanding customer service to the client, customers, and visitors to the Mailroom operation

Qualification:

Possession of a clean/Valid UK driving license

Able to drive manual transmission

Willingness to gain the required BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) clearance

Can pass a medical check

Willingness to gain an Air side Permit (Online driving course/Company Paid)
